Went in to see Frederic about what I would later learn was widespread staph. He rushed in, threw his hands up and accused me of being a skinpicker and that meant he couldn't help me. Before I left I asked him if he had any dietary recommendations. He got very serious for a moment and said "There is NO definitive scientific link between your diet and your skin". Rushed in the office like he was on something in such a B I G he scared the hell out of me. I tried talking with him to slow him down. His replied was that he had other parents. Until the conversation ended you just called back in and set up another appointment. No I’ll just find another doctor. #too lance my cyst

Far too hurried and not taking enough time with my son’s diagnosis and analysis. Would never go back.
Thought I was lucky to get an appointment the same week I scheduled one! But found out why quickly. Literally he was only in the room for two minutes and acted like he did not have time for me! I have two moles that have been hurting for the past couple of months and I just decided to do something about it. He said he only had time to remove one!! Please don’t waste your time and money with this guy!! See anyone else!!!
A cream he had given and was also causing the skin to break down and actually bleed in one place. Saw him Monday told him I was having knee replacement shortly. I needed something that would clear it up without that effect. He gave another cream. Started using new cream with same effect. Called for another cream but said I had to come back on Friday. Told him Neosporin had healed it. Said worse thing. How to heal? Said I could take advice or no. New script for $330 cream. Rude, stupid doctor
I brought my 11 year old daughter who lost all of her upper eyelashes to Dr. Frederic. He barely made any eye contact with is, didn't offer up any ideas as to why this was happening to her - literally answered "I don't know". He barely even spoke to us, just typed. I had to ask questions to pull anything out of him. He said treating her missing eyelashes was "medically unnecessary" and seemingly blew it off as insignificant. I left in tears at the lack of emapthy. My daughter was so upset.
I saw Dr. Frederick because of a wart on my foot. He did freeze the wart, but his manner towards me was very unfriendly, almost to the point of rudeness. After he finished with the wart, I asked him to look at a suspicious mole on my back and he told me he didn't have time, that I would have to make another appointment for that!
I saw Dr. Frederic because I was concerned about hair loss. He walked in, barely made eye contact with me, looked at my hair for maybe 4 seconds and told me it would probably start growing back in a few months. He gave me no idea about what to expect, when I should be concerned, or what was causing my problem. Even worse, he had zero compassion or concern for someone obviously in distress. It was the most unprofessional and rude behavior I've ever seen from a professional in any field.
