Jeff was always there when we needed him. He was able to get all our paperwork ahead of schedule and we had nothing to worry about when we were out of town. And when Jeff went out of town, he made sure someone in his office took care of us. The whole process was very smooth. He made what can be a stressful time easier. Easy to work with love, with a friendly staff even when head loan officer was out of town. We never felt neglected or any inquiries we had were left unanswered. All in all a good easy experience.

Jeff is the best. He’s worked with us for about a year giving advice and helping us improve our credit to the point we could buy a house. We thought it would be 2 years before we would be in the position to own a home. It only took a year! Thanks for all the help!!
