Blaire is an outstanding agent and is a credit to her profession.I was purchasing from out of state and had to rely on Blaire to video tour the homes I was interested in. Having built and lived in Del Webb Sun City Palm Desert before I was familiar with the community. Blaire always returned my calls,texts and emails through the entire process and the sale closed on time with no hitches. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Jelmberg team for facilitating the sale of our beloved Palm Desert home. Michelle was fantastic and sent us many and daily updates of similar property listings so we could gauge the worth of our home before we actually listed. We then met with Penny and Michelle in California who took the time not only to assess the value of our home but also to assure us of the depth of experience they have in real estate . It was at this meeting that trust was established and we moved forward to place our house on the market . We had stunning professional photographs taken. Thankyou Dustin . We had our hands held every step of the way and were prompted for every task that needed signing. Thankyou Sue and Lorena. We had at least 50 people come through the home in the space of 7 days. As we moved through this experience with this exceptional team we knew that they always had our best interests at heart .
