I bought a house where Penny acted as agent and then sold it 8 years later using her as the listing agent. Penny is extremely competent and knowledgeable in the real estate field. In addition, she is also accessible despite being very busy. She returned my calls twice while on vacation. Her team is extremely helpful as well. They handled numerous details and met workmen at the house several times when I was unable to be there. They are the best and I highly recommend them.
