Dan suggested we see a home he thought we would like. He said we needed to see it as soon as possible as it won’t be on the market long. Drove 2 hours to see the property. Was sold as soon as we walked through the door. Made an offer the same day. It was accepted and 45?days later we are on our home. Dan and the staff kept us informed on a weekly update if not more often as needed. Would highly recommend Jelmberg team for any sale or purchase, especially in Shadow Hills.

Everyone we worked with on the Jelmberg Team (Penny, Melissa, and Sue) were amazing - very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. They were always accessible and communicated regularly, with great skill. They emailed status updates each and every Friday. The property purchase and escrow were impressively smooth and efficient. They were genuinely excited for us. We didn't just buy a home, we made new friends.

We chose Jelmberg because of the many signs in Sun City Shadow Hills. We looked up reviews of the company and they were all good. Penny was our agent and all of her assistants were very knowledgeable. Melissa especially impressed us. She is a very hard worker and always called us back with the answer to our questions. We have sold other houses but this escrow was the smoothest one we ever had.

I walked into Jelmberg Realty without an appointment on a HOT summer day and was met by a member of the Jelmberg Team... "Bill Hooper". We had a great discussion of goals, taste and timeline etc and we immediately set out in a search that afternoon of the area I was interested in.
