We had a great experience working with the Jelmberg team. The team approach they use is excellent, ensuring expertise in every area of the sale. The listing meeting was very thorough, reviewing each step of the process and the type of marketing that would be used to sell our home. I believe because they work with many buyers and sellers in this area and particularly our neighborhood, it allowed our home to sell faster than we expected.

Dan suggested we see a home he thought we would like. He said we needed to see it as soon as possible as it won’t be on the market long. Drove 2 hours to see the property. Was sold as soon as we walked through the door. Made an offer the same day. It was accepted and 45?days later we are on our home. Dan and the staff kept us informed on a weekly update if not more often as needed. Would highly recommend Jelmberg team for any sale or purchase, especially in Shadow Hills.

Everyone we worked with on the Jelmberg Team (Penny, Melissa, and Sue) were amazing - very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. They were always accessible and communicated regularly, with great skill. They emailed status updates each and every Friday. The property purchase and escrow were impressively smooth and efficient.
