Jennie's stepped up and made things right. They apologized for the delivery and explained that the location to which I requested delivery was too far away for them to service. They farmed the order out to another florist who unfortunately dropped the ball. They issued a credit for the flowers, which was much appreciated. All in all, they took responsibility and did the right thing.
I received the most Gorgeous bouquet of my favorite flowers for my Birthday. Mike - the manager could not have been nicer or more accommodating!! He has made me a lifetime customer. Thank you so much. Ari Linett
They are a wonderful awesome florist place that I highly recommend to all that are smart enough to use them. They're customer service went beyond and above and making sure that the arrangement that I would have for the occasion of my wife and I 35 year anniversary.
I've been going here for many years, even ordered from here while I was in San Francisco for deliveries to my mom. Always a great customer service and my go to.
I ordered a bouquet for my legal wedding ceremony from Jennie's. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I know they were taken aback, but they remade it in an hour for me in time for my ceremony and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Jennie's flowers are always high quality, and if you ask for what you want, they deliver. Thank you so much for fixing my bouquet, you made it exactly what I was envisioning!! I know it was difficult to do it quickly but I was so happy with the final result
They did a fantastic job of delivering flowers for me at the last moment. My late husband used the for 29 years as he sent me flowers every month. I highly recommend them and their creative staff.

The consultants who answer the phone always have suggestions and can steer you to the most beautiful bouquet you might imagine. Same day delivery is reliable and friendly. Their prices are comparable to other florists in the area but you can count on the arrangements looking full and lush for your cost.
Lots of selection of well arranged flowers to chose from and the customers service are amazingly friendly here. I will be back
