Great customer service both in person and over the phone! Staff were quick to help us with getting what we needed as soon as we arrived despite having just opened. Beautifully decorated for the holidays as well!

I was needing an arrangement for the upcoming broadway show Hadestown and I needed red carnations and some other fillers as well. I called a few places and the prices weren't that great or the customer service wasn't that great either. I called Jennie's and they gave me a great price on the bouquet I wanted plus a dozen of carnations as well. The professionalism of these people was incredible. They even drove 2.5 hours to my daughter's venue and did an amazing job of set up. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh. Hats off to Jennie's Flowers. I would highly recommend them.

We requested a bouquet for a relative in St. Joseph hospital and the staff was very (awesomely) helpful. The delivery was only 3 hours after ordering. I received photos from the patient and I was very pleased with what I saw. I highly recommend this business. It is rather daunting ordering perishable items from strangers, so I hope this helps.

Jennie's did everything I imagined and plus some for a great price. They were ready to go the next day (I ordered right before they closed) and they delivered them with extreme care to my girlfriend's apartment complex & made sure that they were secured in a safe spot until she could come down and grab them. I returned home late in the afternoon on Mother's Day. There was a knock on the door. It was a neighbor delivering a bouquet of fresh red roses on Mother's Day from my son. Because I was not home at the time of the original delivery, the delivery man left them with neighbors because he did not want them to wilt in the hot, Florida sun.
