I feel not only has Jen provided exemplary service, She is such a Warm Character, I also feel I’ve gained a ‘Friend’ in addition to the Refi. I was confident in her abilities during each phase and unlike some of these ‘Run of the Mill’ Financial Companies, Jen and her firm are Quite Personal, catering to details which are found usually in VIP financial relations. I am Totally satisfied with Jen’s service and can think of No Improvements necessary.
