It would’ve been helpful, from the beginning, if there was an itemized list of documents and things we would need for the whole process. While they were super nice, it was also stressful when I’d read the phrase “we’re in the clear” multiple times only to receive an urgent email in the middle of the day saying I have a small window of time to submit documents or review documents.
