Refinancing our mortgage Jeremy Cooley was our Loan Officer w/our refinance and he made it as easy & smooth as possible. Closing was in 2 weeks just as he had promised. I was a bit worried because I had never refinanced before & never used a long distance company where everything was basically done via emails and online.
