Great Customer Service Jeremy Cooley was great; very courteous and professional. This was our very first re-fi and we were a little skeptical about the process but Mr. Cooley explained everything very throughly. He was very responsive from the first minute and even after closing. The process was also very quick, smooth and covenient since everthing was done according my schedule and at my house. I would recommend Royal United to anyone. Thank you for making it painless.
Dixie7 Mr. Jeremy Cooley was nothing but exceptional. He explained to me in detail anything I didn't understand, and promptly returned my calls. He treated me like I was his only customer with respect and understanding. He expedited the loan, and I wouldn't hesitant to refer him to anyone that needed a loan, I know he would do the best he could. Yay! Finally! Our loan was a bit unique and frustrating at times, but we really felt Jeremy Cooley at Royal was on our side. It took a while to get to closing, through no fault of his, but he fought for us the entire way and, in the end, got us exactly what we wanted.
Complicated Process Jeremy persued every angle of the loan process very aggressively, keeping me informed at every step. His advice on how to write the "letters of explanation" was invaluable. Excellent process with Jeremy Jeremy at Royal United has provided great assistance throughout the refinancing process. He has been always thorough in explaining everything, making sure I understand all the terms, and providing the next step at every turn.
