He was very pleasant and kno*********.He was responsive to our concerns and always kept us informed throughout the process. We closed on the date we were given from our first conversation. Once that was understood he presented a number of options, followed-up often throughout the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process, paperwork and what happens next. royal treatment Jeremy Cooley from Royal United Mortgage went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to refinance my first mortgage, which was a t 7% and had a nasty balloon note at the end. Now I have a 3.5% apr and no balloon and will pay off in 20 instead of 30 years. Jeremy did an excellent job, I'm sure mine was not the easiest refi by a long shot, but even after changing things around a FEW times, he got it done. Very satisfied customer, thanx Jeremy.
