Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My fiancé and I knew nothing about purchasing a home and to be completely honest didn’t think we would be able to pull it off. Great job Jerri!! Working with Jerri was such a joy! She was very helpful and always answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. First time home buyer! Jerri Southorn and her entire staff were amazing. This was our very first home we bought and the experience could not have been better. Jerri went above and beyond. She even answered my million questions while she was away from the office at times. Wow!! She was wonderful. She even used text messages while I was at work. So convienent for me!! Thanks jerri. Ability Mortgage in Manteca Jerri and Ability crew made this mortgage a seamless operation. We competed them and they offered equal or better than our two credit unions. The entire process went without a hitch all the way thru hand off of keys. The Ability people are an experienced crew and were able to deal with pop-ups.
