Folks, I had the pleasure of meeting Jerri when I purchased a new home with Raymus Homes this year. Thank God she was there with them, as she made obtaining the right loan for me possible. All of her insight and above the rest assistance made my home purchase possible and an easy process. I couldn't have asked for a better package of assistance than what Jerri Southorn provided me. Jerri and her staff provided excellent, outstanding and great customer service from start to finish. I must say the whole entire process was smooth sailing. Jerri assisted with refinancing to eliminate a reverse mortgage, which turned out to be a longer process than I was expecting. But, it was not because of her. She worked with me through the whole process and finally closed. She was knowledgeable and works well with her clients. Thanks Jerri!!

She amazing and so is her staff , I couldn’t of done it without her and her team . We had up and down through the processing on my side and I didn’t think it was going to happen but she kept me on my toes and told me relax we will get through and she was right we close June 25 like she said

Jerri was on top of everything and got our loan from application to closure in 20 days! May 16, 2018 until May 14, 2018. She answered all question completely and immediately answered any calls, texts and emails.
