This is my first time buying a home and the experience was very smooth. No issues at ALL. All the details regarding the loan and interest rates were clear. I even got a lower adjusted rate when the loan was in the closing phase. Jerri is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Now that I got your attention. We had struggled to find a loan officer that not only took the time to go over our complex situation - but counseled us on the best times to get the loan, as well as what to do (credit wise) prior to, during and after the loan was approved.
