Jhanae was excellent in communication the entire way. Personality wise, I felt like she and I were a TEAM through the whole process. She was a breath of fresh air throughout the entire thing and always shot it straight. She made my dream come true and the experience was absolutely amazing. I went into this journey feeling kind of stressed, I was also on a time crunch and really wasn't sure if I would qualify for any loan. I really appreciated how much you knew about using the Maine first time homebuyer program (plus the first generation enhancement). I also REALLY appreciate how communicative you were throughout the whole process. We could call you night and day and you were there ready to help, even after hours. Jhanae was with me from the very begining, starting back in January. Initally, I was going to purchase a turn key home but after 7 months that fell through. She stuck with me , and helped me purchase my first home. She was always available to answer my questions and listen to my concerns.
