Well, there were some challenges about integrating processes between my folk and the PRMG folk and then some challenges with getting the appraisal transferred over in a format that would actually work. Not sure what all the snafu's were about but the important thing is that the entire PRMG team was working proactively to get issues resolved and then doing what was necessary to get loan closed as near to on time as possible.
