My acct. exec. is very helpful---experienced---very knowledgeable. The thing PRMG needs to do is hire more underwriters or figure out what is needed to shorten up your underwriting turn times. I had send a file in 22nd of July---then went into Underwriting (Ginno) July 29---just got the Underwrite today---back then I was locking 45 day locks---today I'm locking 60 days---I needed a 5 day extension just to see my approval that expires again tomorrow. Underwriters are great--need more
