I'm not sure which file this is but Likely Koppes---and it was smooth from beginning to end. There are two areas that PRMG could help out in: 1. Put the borrows name in the subject line when sending this email so we know which client you are sending a survey on 2. Please work on solid efficiency in the appraisal section of our loans that need appraisals---The Regora system is a mess--we get appraisals 3 weeks later, appraisers changing dates---there is no appraisal accountability at this time
