I worked with Jim Kochakian and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage on my mortgage application. They were always on time, easy going to work with! Because of most recent mortgage interest hikes, we were worried if we could get a decent rate. We raised our concerns to Jim, and he was on top of it. With his knowledge and experience, within few days, he was able to find a perfect time to lock our rate. Jim and his team made buying our house seamless, communicating with us every step so that the closing process went smoothly.

Jim was recommended to me by a friend. I was very nervous because I had never refinanced before. Jim and his team were professional and very efficient. They guided me through the process step by step and my loan closed rather quickly. I will definitely recommend Jim to my friends and neighbors. Jim has been the best mortgage Loan Officer I have worked with. Not only did he help me achieve what I envisioned, but he was able to make things happen that I didn't think were possible. I am mortgage lingo stupid and Jim was with me every step of the way and always offered great help! His team is also amazing with always being in contact and sending cute videos along the way to keep you informed! He is the man! Jim and his team worked tirelessly to make sure our refinance went smooth and we had all our options. This was the 2nd home purchased with Jim K and the GR team. Both were VA loans. From the beginning, they were expedient, professional and knowledgeable. All the process intricacies were explained. The online app used made it much easier with all documentation needed to send or receive. Saved a lot of time and confusion. Thank you Jim!!

Jim was so helpful and answered all of our questions, and is super personable and helped make the experience simple and actually enjoyable! We had so many obstacles and considerations to deal with regarding this purchase, unrelated to the lending process, and Jim was happy to answer all of our questions, and was quick to respond to emails and calls.
