Jim was an incredible loan officer, and I cant believe I didn't go to him sooner. Life was made much easier and more efficient with him working for my home loan. Every time I had questions or clarifications not limited to loan, but other areas as well, the questions were answered promptly. Jim was great throughout this entire process! Being first time homebuyers and not knowing what to expect going into this, it can be a little scary! Jim worked with me to guide me through the mortgage buying process. He patiently worked with me when I was negotiating with other lenders on interest rates. He is always available to answer questions and kept us informed of the mortgage timelines to close on a property. He kept checking in with me even when I was passively home hunting. I would highly recommend him just for the simple fact that he provides top notch service.
