Old car broke bad and we bought a new one. A small misunderstanding during the process but the Sales Manager jumped in and fixed it without issue. Good transaction.

Called Joe Myers, spoke to Tomas, told him we were looking for a 2022 Expedition MAX, he quickly said they had what we wanted. Got there and were greeted & welcomed by Michael Nguyen, within an hr we checked out and test drove the 2022 Expedition MAX, he explained all the features and details, we sat down and made a deal with Marc Macias and proceeded to the outstanding finance department with Dalton Tuley working magic with numbers; he had us signed, sealed and delivered in 30 mins.
