Repair process was painless and efficient. Service Representative Elaine was professional and informative. My only complaint was the fact that Joe Myers doesn’t provide loner vehicles when repairing Lincoln vehicles.

I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKC new from Joe Myers Ford. They still service Lincoln, but no longer sell Lincoln. Thus, they don’t give loaner vehicles to owners of Lincoln vehicles while their car is being serviced. This policy is inconvenient to loyal customers and Ford should consider changing it.
I purchased my vehicle at Joe Myers Ford and I bring it back here for all services. I am always treated very well.
