Excellent service and on time. Brandon is a quality manager in the service department. Good communication, knows the ins and outs and kept me up to speed on the progress in a time manner. Expectations for review requires too many words.

Went in for state inspection, oil change and fuel injector flush maintenance. I used them because they had a free state inspection coupon, and the rest was at the usual dealer price. Could have done the whole thing with Oregon Automotive way cheaper, down the street, if it were not for the coupon. Anyway Joe Myers started the work, and then told me that the "inspection machine" was down - not working. Too late to stop the rest. So no coupon, dealer price for the maintenance and a $15 discount because I complained. Not profes... read more
