I always deal with Mike because the Kia side of service is atrocious for moving him to Mazda, Mike is exceptionally awesome!

I super miss dealing with Mike, but Im working with Jessica, so we shall see where it goes! She has been supportive so far! More to come! I still have more warranty work but getting in contact with service department at this location is impossible , there is something terribly wrong with that!

First time there; everyone was nice. The service advisor, Mike, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I needed a private area to work, they were able to accommodate me. I highly recommend them!

Jessica had excellent customer service and she even called me back after I showed concern about my back up camera... They had my vehicle in and out in about an hour..

Its sad I have to take my 2021 Kia to the Mazda, the service situation on the Joe Meyers Kia side is so bad that I had to go to Joe Meyers Mazda so I can deal with Mike who originally was the manager on the Kia side! The only reason that I ever put any good reviews about Joe Meyers Kia was because I didnt want anyone on the Kia side to retaliate against me. It took the Service Department over 15 minutes just to find my paperwork, and then they still had to pull the car up for me. There was no one in the Dealership and the Service Dept. except for me. They called me at 2:00pm that the Car was ready after being checked for the RECALL on possible engine fire. I got to the dealership at 4:00pm, and again, it took them a long time to not only find the paperwork but also the keys.
