From NY, needed a tire replaced but did not have an appointment, and they squeezed me in even though they were booked for the day. Service completed within an hour. Customer Service Rep. and Service Mgr. were courteous and gave updates frequently. Great Job! I will service my vehicle at Joe Myers while in Texas.

Spent a week trying to reach someone by phone for warranty service. Finally got car back from local mechanic & drove to dealership on 2/11. Got it back on 2/14 "nothing wrong" 2/17, Check engine light came on 1st time I really drove it, dropped it off morning of 2/18. Was warned they might not get to it before next week. No loaners available, service department backed up by weeks.
