Best dealership service department around. I take my Tahoe, Jeep and Outback there. I dont even own a Mazda.
Difficult to reach by phone and car was returned late.
Mike my service advisor is amazing he always takes care of me when it comes to the maintenance of my Kia soul , hands down the service department rocks !!!!!
Service was excellent. Mike explained everything that would be done, he explained why it would / had to be done. I dropped it off at 10 AM and didn't get it back till after 5 PM, that was a little irritating but everything he promised to do he did. Thanks guys, I will be back for sure.
Good service; communication could have been better, but considering the situation (Covid-19) they get a pass.
I showed up earlier than my appointment and they got me in and out.
