I have an excellent re-if experience with Joel Marks. I would & have Highly recommended him to Someone that is looking to refinance or buy a home. He kept me well informed throughout the whole process, and frequently spent a great deal of time with me when needed to answer any and all questions I had. The best aspect of working with Joel was that I never felt pressure. When asking him for advice, his responses were always to benefit me rather than a “lock now” approach to secure business for him.

This was the smoothest re-fi I ever did. Joel is an expert and works to get you the best rate based on market timing. The paperwork is always a lot with re-fis but he made it simple.
