This was an arduous and drawn out sale. We had a more complicated situation—parsonage, not moving into the property immediately—but Joel made sure to get the right paperwork and locked in the best rate right before rates went back up. Finding the papers for the process was annoying, but that’s what you have to do these days.
Joel did a great job pulling together a very difficult deal.
