Have used Joel Marks for a couple transactions, one to refinance, and another in buying a house, and I can't say enough about what he does for his clients. He has helped me greatly in my last purchase of the house in which I was completing without a realtor. I have also referred a couple friends in the past and they were extremely happy. I will never use another mortgage advisor going forward.
