Joel Marks rescued me in the 9th hour where I needed to move quickly on a home loan with better rate, closing credit, etc. Previous loan broker didn't deliver on what was needed and Joel stepped in quickly to get all documents submitted and loan was done in under 2 wks!!! He's the best: kind, patient, (good sense of humor too) in explaining how it works for a first time home buyer!
