The service was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door including being handed a glass of sparkling wine as I was led to my table. We were there for happy hour and had the lettuce wrap with prawns as well as the guacamole with a margarita and everything tasted amazing and the portions were perfect. I have been here before and I will definitely come back.

First time at this location. The food, service and ambiance were all excellent. We were there during happy hour and it was busy but that did not impact the service or food. Look forward to coming back in the future.

We booked a booth in the Wine Room and were accomodated perfectly by Orchid! Our server, Kristyn, was very attentive, friendly, and personable. She made us feel special. Couldn't have asked for a better person to look after us. The food was great and we totally enjoyed the evening!

We went to celebrate my husband birthday and it was an amazing experience, the service of Danielle was one of the best I ever seen in vancouver. Attentive and professional.
