Tasty and pretty but with average service and scattered menu. The highlight was the ambiance with many dining areas, each offering a slightly different vibe: outdoor cafe, cozy room near an open kitchen, and an open-bar area. The food was good not great but tasty. The menu was oddly lacking in fresh offerings like fish (only one choice) and seafood or homemade pasta. The complementary sparkling wine was a nice surprise. Service was excellent and our meal was delicious. The chicken parm is a must !

Tasty, well-presented food. Servers were very helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. Our guests (from overseas) were celebrating their 50th anniversary and Joey Burrard staff went out of their way to ensure a delightful and memorable lunch experience for our party of four. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back.
We sat outside on patio and had a lovely dining experience. Food and service was good. Only negative was no one filled our water glasses

The food was excellent, but the service for our party of three left much to be desired. Our friend, who arrived earlier, received a welcome drink, while we did not. The hostess told us to proceed to our table since our friend was already seated. We had to flag down staff to take our drink orders and request napkins when our fries were served. Additionally, our water glasses were never refilled throughout the meal.
