It’s not always about the experience at the time. Sometimes it’s how a company responds and reacts to resolve an issue and earn back the trust of a guest that is more meaningful. The Guest Service Manager at JOEY Burrard proved they are a company that listen to feedback and take action. I love this approach and am probably more loyal now than I was before my initial visit.

We had a reservation- but these don’t count as reservations need to wait in queue. Staff not most friendly. However glass of bubbles on arrival and food good.
