The food was good. Not the experience I was expecting. Very loud. We were seated in an area with lots of kids and several tables with 8 or more. Not very romantic. I thought there was some sort of dress code, not, cutoffs and tank tops….. July 30, 2026 update. I’d like to complement the response by Kelsey, the manager with Joey’s in Vancouver. Our visit was amazing!!! The menu has so many nice options and the meals were so good. Our server made the whole experience! I highly recommend this restaurant for the food, atmosphere and excellent service.

Joey's Burrard is an amazing place. There is always such a positive vibe, helped mainly by all the friendly staff buzzing around, smiling, and tending to all your needs. On this occasion, Izzy was our waitress and attentive and happy as always. We had a few bumps in the service upon arrival, but the food was very good, the outdoor seating comfortable especially on a nice summer evening, and overall we enjoyed our evening. But best of all, we were contacted by the restaurant management to follow up on our service issues and were 100% thrilled with their service and willingness to rectify the situation. Good food and excellent service - we’d come again!
