Had guest coming to my table asking to let me know if I was done eating mid meal so they can have my table. They interrupted my meal 4 times.

What a horrible experience!! My steak was cold when it arrived, they took it back & brought the same piece of steak and just cooked it more. I've NEVER SEEN THAT IN MY LIFE!! This is my second time at this location service was regular food was okay but the thing I can not get over is how they let a man bring a dog in the restaurant and eat off the plates that us humans use that is the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed and I really should report them to the health department.
