What a great experience. We were greeted with champagne at the door. The food was delicious, the New York steak would rival any steak house I have been to. Will definitely be back!

This was our third time dining at this location. The service was very subpar compared to the past. I made reservation for six people, and they saw us at a table for four. They made that correction but then it took at least 15 minutes before anyone even offered us water. The food was good, but I’m not sure I will return with that type of service.

Hostess was inviting. Loved the glass of champs while you wait idea. Waiting area was overly crowded, always felt like we were in the way . Noise level was expected with the atmosphere. The most disappointing moments were the fact that we order drinks, and bread was offered with our meal but we never received them. We had a situation where we had to be late for our reservation, and the hostess was very gracious to save our table. She was extremely kind and courteous and made us feel very welcomed. We were seated immediately when we got there.

SAUNDRIN was our server and she was amazing. She helped us to have a wonderful meal and evening at Joey DTLA. She made great suggestions, had a very friendly personality, and checked on us just enough. We hd a memorable time thanks to SAUNDRIN.

We increase the number of people on the reservation 2 times and they were very helpful about it. Food and drinks were great and helped us to celebrate our friend’s bday as well. Great ambiance and service overall
