I love Joey’s but the hostess last night almost ruined the evening with her attitude and lack of urgency for her job if I have a reservation at 10:30 why am I being sat til almost 11 apart from that I let her know I’m getting a drink from the bar while we wait for our table and when I come back to wait with my drink in front of her after I’d say 15 min of being at the bar wondering if my table is finally ready she just stares at me I asked a manger if my table would be ready soon when she tells me I’m marked down as sat alre... read more

Not the best service We got appetizers with no plates Wrong drinks And long waiting even tho there was no one there Seen people Get their food and drinks before us even though we were there way before new arriving clients

Didn’t validate my dining card said they don’t accept it and they had horrible service they bounced me twice to two different tables and switched my waiter and took 25 min to place an order from when I sat down .

Our food was cold. 3 over priced steak dinners were all cold. I asked for the manager and her whole demeanor was screaming “What do you want me to do about it?” She didn’t apologize until we pointed out that she never apologized. The steaks were hot but the vegetables were still cold on the second plate. They took the meals off our bill, but the manager never came back to check on us.

The energy in the restaurant is outstanding, however, even with a reservation, after being sited at our table it took over 15 minutes for anyone to come over and take our order; then they forgot to filter the drinks we ordered and got them one at a time (weird). Then our food order took over 1 hour which after many attempts to get an update on where our order was in the system, never had them return and let us know. Service was worst I’ve had there. But I am assuming now that we had an overwhelmed rookie waiter.

Appetizers and drinks were ok. Service was slow and inattentive. Entrees were mediocre, and steak was undercooked. Would not recommend.
