We didn’t get the welcome Prosecco, which is normally given out at happy hour. I had to ask about it and we still weren’t served it until I physically had to go over and request it from the hostess station. Our server, Claudia basically gave us a menus, took our drink orders and forgot about us. The drinks service was very slow and when the meals arrived two meals were cold. Another meal was missing and another had no house salad as ordered. Getting a server’s attention was challenging and while they ultimately got things right, I expect better. A disappointing experience for myself and my visiting out -of- country guests.
