There seems to be little to no communications between the different departments. I should not have to submit the same information or paperwork more than one time. There were times that I was called by three different people in the same day to ask the same question or get the same information.

The level of customer care and attention was the most disappointing. I was made to feel like an unqualified customer and like I was somebody bordering a level unworthyness for your company. I chose Churchill based souly on Dave Ramsey's endorsement. If I could do it over again I would not have chosen Churchill as our mortgage company.
