We did not like the constant/non-stop beat box sound that plagued us for our entire time in the restaurant. It hindered our conversation and was unnecessary. I believe that shopping malls and their stores blare music and beats continuously, but I assume that comes from the opinion that if there is noise, customers will not be able to think well about their prospective purchases or whether they really want to buy that thing. This place used to be wonderful. A little pricey but acceptable for great quality and service. Unfortunately, they have had a real turnover in staff and they just don't have the same level of service they used to. You are greeted by people who haven't read any of the request notes and aren't prepared for anything other than a generic booking. Going to be brutally honest, because this chain used to be good, but some corporate moron ruined it. Overpriced subpar food, everyone knows the old menu was way better, everyone talks about it, they took literally every good dish off of it, lobster rav, sandwiches, sliders, rainbow roll etc. even replaced good salads. All gone. It’s hands down some of the worst food in LA now. People ONLY go here because it’s one of maybe 3 restaurants to go to in Woodland Hills that has a little vibe.
