2 1/2 wait for oil change. Ask for windshield wipers. Did not change them

Would have appreciated it if they had cleaned the interior. Work was good but would have liked better communication.
Well for starters we had no ideal Beford had changed owners. We hadn’t been back since the purchase. I looked up front for Mark when we arrived but didn’t see him. It was our first oil change @ 1:00 pm. They seemed busy when we pulled up. No seats in waiting area so we walked the lot. That’s when we noticed all the Hinder license plates on the cars.
