Excellent customer service The positive attitude and respect toward customers shown in the service department is refreshing. It helps develop trust and allows you to walk away feeling they really care out any problems you may have.
Setting my appointment was easy and you are always met with a friendly smile and checked right in. work done in a timely manner. You are always given a copy of what was done on that day.
Beford Ford is the greatest! My Jeep broke down on me while I was there. The manager came out. They tried to get my Jeep running, but couldn't. So, he looked at me and said I'll have you in a vehicle today. And sure enough, they did!! Very nice people and really works with you.
The service was amazing at Beford Ford. Definitely recommend Curt but the whole team was very nice. They made it easy and not stressful. It was an enjoyable experience.
Great experience. Found the car that I was looking for. I have purchased many cars from Doug Krieger. Service department has always been great. Diane has always answered any questions and solved any problems.
They did a awesome job. Changed oil, rotation of tires and checked on a recall for the ranger. They also changed oil and rotated tires on my Jeep also.
Everyone friendly and courteous . The only negative is 1 1/2 hour wait on a service. Not a big issue though but something you may want to address IF possible Mark Beford sat with us in waiting room and carried a friendly conversation. Definitely not used to having management converse or even acknowledge you after the sale. Other than that I gave you 5 stars
Best car buying experience that I've ever had!!! It has been over 15 years since I've purchased a vehicle from a dealer and was treated with such respect and honesty. Doug Krieger and Daryl Saunders made the experience memorable in an AWESOME way. Will recommend to all. Go BEFORD FORD!!!!!!!!
