Very friendly My sales person was Taylor Hudson. He was very knowledgeable. He Explained everything about the car. He was extremely helpful. When it was time to do my contract Missy Meacham she explained everything to me I told her how much I wanted my payment to be and she did her best to get me into a new escape . This is the second escape I have bought from Missy. Everybody in there was extremely helpful and Friendly. I would give them the highest score that I could give them. And yes I will go back again.thank you.
It was a joy to work with the sales person. He quickly adjusted to me changing my mind and there was no pressure put on me. This is the first time the owner stopped in to welcome me personally and invited me to contact him if I felt something could be done better. Two thumbs up.

Bought a used vehicle I was very pleased from the start. I made an appt & took in my 2014 Ford Explorer for a recall. They were going to replace the recalled part & service the vehicle. They called me that AM & said my back brakes & rotors needed replaced. I said to go ahead & fix them. Treated us just like family, it was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly, really cared about getting us in the car we wanted, the owner came and spoke to us personally and made us feel great, our salesman Heath had a great personality and treated us wonderful!
