I needed to make a quick decision and choose to deal with this group for their reputation. I had purchased here before and I also valued the opinion of others. They listened to my desires and needs for a vehicle and financing and made it happen. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the knowledge that I'll have continued support if I need it from this team.
Battery replacement My 2004 Lincoln Towncar had a problem starting two day before. I had to use starter cables to start it and get it to the dealership. I left it running in the service parking area and went inside to get assistance. The car was taken into the service bay and checked. I was told that my battery was weak and needed to be replaced. The old battery had been replaced in December 2010. A new battery was installed and I was ready to go.
Excellent customer service , you call to get your car serviced and your in and out in a decent amount of time , they are friendly and very helpful .
Hard-working people to help you find the product you want kind and courteous and interested in their customers. Have not had the pleasure of working with the service department yet but looking forward to the meeting my needs.
Very friendly My sales person was Taylor Hudson. He was very knowledgeable. He Explained everything about the car. He was extremely helpful. When it was time to do my contract Missy Meacham she explained everything to me I told her how much I wanted my payment to be and she did her best to get me into a new escape . This is the second escape I have bought from Missy. Everybody in there was extremely helpful and Friendly. I would give them the highest score that I could give them. And yes I will go back again.thank you.
It was a joy to work with the sales person. He quickly adjusted to me changing my mind and there was no pressure put on me. This is the first time the owner stopped in to welcome me personally and invited me to contact him if I felt something could be done better. Two thumbs up.
