They gave me an estimate on my truck five days prior to bringing It in to trade. Then took off 600 $
Not the best customer service, the vibe given there is definitely money driven. Not a hometown car dealership.
They where very unprofessional & took way too long for what they was doing & didn’t keep me informed,
Bought my car and next days the noticed when got darker had 2 of the lights out and messed up told them and nothing. Next day engine light came on and had a appointment to get a bolt in the seat already and nothing. The engine light came back on again and car is making loud sound especially when you give it gas and my boyfriend called and they said they would call me the next day and nothing still. I am upset because I put a lot of money down and am paying a lot and don’t want a lemon or I just want my money back…

The finance lady told me one thing gave me discount just to take it away.
Took 2 trucks in for repair work. We authorized all repairs. Within 24 hours both trucks had same issues back. Took them to another repair facility to be fixed. On a good note the service writer was awesome to work with.
Just plain awful Took my car in Monday July 1 for rubbing noise when turning and difficulty turning. Got it back July 2 wasn't fixed after $600 took it back Friday July 5 because of the holiday. No rental car available either time said it should be fixed by Monday or Tuesday. Told the part still has come in by Tuesday afternoon have no idea when it's coming in. Still no rental car available.
