I find it extremely unprofessional that your dealership would push a car sale knowing the car is a lemon! The check engine light come on shortly after I got back into Columbus the day I bought the car. Has went off and come back on. Now your sales manager is hiding which I find to be quite humorous. If I knew this is the way you treat your customers I would've never bought the car.

The worst i ever had there was oil on my steering wheel i saw the guy dip my new oil filter in the pan he drained the oil in and rub it around and installed on my truck plus the oil all over the door and handle he played more on his phone than he worked

Charged for 7 quarts of oil and only needs 6. No it's a small issue but not cool

Took 4 different times to get my car fixed. They actually erased my check engine light and told me to go home and come back so they can read the code Then when final decision made they didn’t do follow up call. Had to go to the service center to get information. No rental car was given when they had my car for the entire week. Manager Kurt was helpful after 2nd attempt. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I recently had a repair done on my Fusion that failed for the exact same reason 6 months later. They refused to honor the 2 year warranty that was sold with all the repair work because the part they used was not a genuine ford replacement part. They did not disclose at any time they were using parts that were not OEM. In fact, on the invoice it states "Genuine Ford Parts" and they used their warranty as a selling point for the repair work that needed to be done. Not ... read more

Brought my car in for an oil change and asked if they would check on an I have in for 2 mirror motors. It's been months since the order was placed. 2 of them would only say they are working fine. Well today they weren't working so fine

I paid to have my oil changed and a tire rotation. After leaving the dealership I noticed I had a low tire on the front driver side and it was in the same location which leads me to believe my tires was not rotated in which I had paid for so probably will not be coming back for any further service work. Truly not even sure if my oil was changed
was there for an hour and 45 minutes for just an oil change and tire rotation, was told was going to have to wait because of walk ins and I had an appointment. they did come tell me they just had to put last tires on and would be done, still there for another 45 minutes. others in waiting room were complaining as well.
One needs to listen to what the customer asks to do and two better communication
