My husband and I worked with John Koutrobis at Cross Country Mortgage on the advice of our daughter. He is absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. Everything was done on-line and John was there to walk us through the entire process. We closed on our loan in less than 3 weeks. This was my first mortgage, so naturally i had a lot of questions. Every time i called John to ask him questions or second guess my decisions he gave me all the time i needed to run the numbers on what i was thinking, and lay out all the options i had. Our realtor recommended John, and we're so glad she did! When we purchased our last house six years ago, we had significant issues with our mortgage lender because I was recently retired and did not have a fixed income. I explained the history to John, and he did a tremendous job for us to ensure there were no issues in the mortgage approval process and the close of our home.
