If you want a loan processor who is hard working, extremely diligent, easily accessible by phone or text, very attentive to every detail and most importantly will bend over backward to get you the mortgage you seek then John Koutrobis is that person. I can't say enough good things about him!
I have bought and refinanced several times with John. I would never consider working with anyone else. He is professional and on top of everything. He responds immediately to any questions I have as well. I nicknamed him The Magic Mortgage Man years ago because he always gets the job done!
John has not only been the easiest lender to work with, he's also the fastest, by far, even in a busy world such as homebuying/selling. John is incredibly responsive with any questions you may have and is incredibly down to earth and very approachable. He has helped my wife and I through buying two houses and selling one. He will also help guide you financially if you're just starting out or even if you have trickier questions down the line. Highly Recommended and no one else should be used.
