A Plus care from start to finish. I am totally impressed with the level of Dr. Lord’s care. In addition, he’s a very nice man.

Dr. Lord is fantastic at explaining everything going on. Also provided solutions to the issues.
The lobby is never more than a 5 to 10 minutes wait, then called back to exam room. Dr Lord promptly arrives to see you, he is friendly and puts me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, and always treats me with respect. He is not at all above helping to take off my shoes, or to help me put them back on. He has helped my foot pain every time I need to see him. I highly recommend him.

John is a good listener who directly addressed my foot alignment issues. Referred me to foot and ankle surgeon Paul Kerner to assess potential operation solution.
My visit with Dr.Lord was great he was very polite and patient with me. He explained everything in detail for me to take care of my ankle and they way it will heal right.
Dr. Lord clearly explained how my injury was healing and made suggestions on what I could do to help the healing process.He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Admission process was quick, personnel professional, environment clean. Dr. Lord is professional, genial and very helpful.
