Initial appointment went well, explained everything thoroughly. Good bedside manner and answered all my questions. Diagnosed and sent me on my way with medication. Fast forward a couple of weeks, still in severe pain and followed up with an appointment. Saw me for maybe a total of 5 min and referred me to another orthopedic for a completely different part of my body not even related to feet. Told me to massage my feet 7 times a day. The lobby is never more than a 5 to 10 minutes wait, then called back to exam room. Dr Lord promptly arrives to see you, he is friendly and puts me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, and always treats me with respect. He is not at all above helping to take off my shoes, or to help me put them back on. He has helped my foot pain every time I need to see him. I highly recommend him.
