My appointment was very early at 7:20am. The Doctor was on time and very thorough, he gave me a suggested list of sneakers that would be best for my feet. Which I used to fine the right pair to wear that were just right for my foot issue.

I had been to several places and finally found Dr. Lord. He listened to everything I said, told me exactly what all the problems were and what was causing the pain. He was so thorough, even had socks he recommended. I have been so much better since Dr. Lord started treating me. EmergeOrtho is a wonderful place, the summaries are emailed promptly, the staff is super and they do a good job of scheduling if you are in pain! 100% recommendation Dr. Lord!
I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Lord. He has to cut my toenails because they are too brittle. He is gentle and careful. If something hurts he has empathy. The nails look good when I leave there. Dr. Lord is easy to talk to. I feel like he talks to me to distract me knowing it is going to hurt here and there when he is cutting the nails. I would recommend Dr. Lord 100%! I am so grateful for him. Dr. Lord wins hands down with a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Lord!
Initial appointment went well, explained everything thoroughly. Good bedside manner and answered all my questions. Diagnosed and sent me on my way with medication. Fast forward a couple of weeks, still in severe pain and followed up with an appointment. Saw me for maybe a total of 5 min and referred me to another orthopedic for a completely different part of my body not even related to feet. Told me to massage my feet 7 times a day.
