Had been told by another Podiatrist that I would need surgery when the pain got too much on 2 toes in my left foot. Dr Lord looked at the growths and said he would shave them off. I've had instant relief. And Dr Lord explained a plan to move forward if what he did that day wasn't enough
I was mortified to be half an hour late, especially when he was so nice to fit me in when I had to reschedule from a very recent hospital visit. He still saw me and did what I needed him to do., carefully and thoroughly. This was my second visit with him. He is very professional and I always feel better when I leave than when I come in. I’ve seen Dr Lord several times for help to ease my arthritic feet, but a fractured metatarsal was a surprise. My diagnosis was made in urgent care, but Dr Lord’s recommendations at my recheck were on point. My pain has decreased and I’m following instructions to get this foot healed. He had answers to my questions as always.
Emerge, Apex is a convenient, easy to access (with injury) office. Admins are friendly and helpful, along with all the staff. Dr. Lord explained everything you need to know!
Dr Lord is amazing. He takes in the whole patient and asks them questions about their life, and before you realize it, he’s figured out what is happening! He knows why it hurts, how it affects your life, and several ideas for improvement! He actually helped me get diagnosed with the specific syndromes and disorders that I have had my whole life and didn’t understand, let alone able to get a proper diagnosis because each thing was treated separately. Dr Lord put it together! Best doc ever!
Dr. Lord was prompt to see me at my appointment time. He listens to patients and has a pleasant demeanor.
I’ve seen many doctors over the years for my issues. His diagnosis of my problem was so different from the others. He explained everything so well & the recommended treatment actually gave me hope! The important thing is to follow his instructions. My feet feel the best they have in years!
Dr. Lord had the best bedside manner that I’ve seen in a long time, was great to my 10 year old, explained (throughly and patiently) the problem, and gave detailed care instructions. As we left, my daughter commented that she wishes her pediatrician was like him!
