Dr Lord was very detailed, very thorough in his examination and took the time necessary to explain every aspect of all my concerns. He has an excellent professional demeanor and is kind and caring.
The entire staff at the practice is personable, courteous, professional and efficient. Dr Lord is great! He discussed my issues and gratefully helped identify resources and fixes!!!
Dr. Lord takes time with his patients. He is kind and caring. He listened to me and explained everything so that I understood what is going on with my foot. After trying a few things he didn't continue making me try the same thing over and over. He referred me to a orthopedic surgeon for more specialized care. I would recommend him over and over again.
This was my first visit with Dr. Lord. He was very kind and helpful. Also gave me a good idea to help my big toe.
