This is my 2nd visit with Dr Lord. He takes the time to explain what changes are taking place in my feet and ankles.
Knowledge & Insight in His Field of Study. & The Foot Care that he provides, I am very thankful. I Highly recommend His Services.
Dr Lord was kind, did not waste time, but I never felt rushed. He has a great sense of humor. Dr Lord asked questions and gave suggestions and info without being intrusive. He did a very professional job on my foot and I already have my next appt scheduled with him.
Very helpful team in person during my visit and then even after via email. Dr. Lord listens and pays attention unlike some doctors these days. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.
He explained the diagnosis clearly and offered best path of action
Dr Lord took his time examining and discussing his findings with me. He gave me plenty of recommendations and time to ask questions. He encouraged me to call with any additional questions that I thought of later. I find this physician to be well trained and has excellent communication skills.
The doctor listened and took his time to explain my condition and treatment plan.
He checked my foot over so well. Then explained all that was going on with the pain I was experiencing. Then explained some solutions for my foot to try that could help elevate the pain
Dr. Lord is kind and a great listener. Takes the time to help, highly intelligent and great problem solver.
